Collared Flycatcher?

Adult Collared Flycatcher  -Wikipedia

Trapped by Steve Wing of the Cape ClearBird Observatory and undergoing identification from all quarters. Apparently the bird has been plucked to enable DNA analysis, or rather a feather moulted by the bird has been sent off and will solve this question.

Great excitement buzzing through the birding community.
